Welcome to Dooke Tech. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dooke Tech, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service & SMS Program

Dooke Tech provides AI-powered call answering and business automation tools. Customers who contact DOOKE LLC through website inquiries may voluntarily provide their phone number to continue communication via SMS regarding their request or service inquiry. End-users are informed that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and they can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance at any time.

3. Subscriptions and Free Trials

We offer a subscription-based service. A 14-day free trial is available for our AI Agent Plan. You will not be charged during the 14-day trial period, and you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. Upon completion of the trial, you will be billed automatically on a monthly basis.

4. SMS Command Keywords & Opt-Out Instructions

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 888-335-4920. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Frequency, Message & Data Rates, & Carrier Liability

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with our service. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Age Restriction

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by DOOKE LLC and are protected by international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dooke Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
