At Dooke Tech, we provide automation software and consultation services. This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service and outlines the terms and conditions for our free trials, subscriptions, and related services.
We offer a 14-day free trial on our SaaS automation plans. During this period, you have full access to evaluate the platform and will not be charged. Billing automatically begins at the end of the 14-day trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
Because Dooke Tech provides a fully functional 14-day free trial to evaluate the software, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments once the trial period has ended and your card has been charged. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring month-to-month or annual basis. You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service.
Any fees paid for one-on-one consultations, priority technical setup, or onboarding services are strictly non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the booking time has passed. If you need to reschedule a consultation, we require reasonable advance notice.
You can cancel your active subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your current billing period or free trial expires. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
In rare circumstances, such as duplicate billing or technical billing errors on our end, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
