Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Dooke Tech Automation and the Customer.

1. Definitions

In this DPA, terms such as "Personal Data", "Data Controller", "Data Processor", and "Processing" shall have the meanings given to them under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

2. Scope and Purpose

Dooke Tech Automation processes Personal Data on behalf of the Customer solely for the purpose of providing the services described in our Terms of Service.

3. Obligations of the Processor

We agree to process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Customer, ensure confidentiality, and implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

4. Sub-processors

The Customer authorizes Dooke Tech Automation to engage sub-processors to assist in providing the services. We remain fully liable for any acts or omissions of our sub-processors.

5. Data Subject Rights

We will assist the Customer, insofar as possible, in fulfilling their obligation to respond to requests from data subjects exercising their rights under applicable data protection laws.
